Adeleke University Pro-Chancellor Donates N1billion To Cherubim & Seraphim Church
Davido's father, who is also the Pro-Chancellor of Adeleke University has donated N1billion to the Cherubim church to honour his late mother.

The Pro-chancellor of Adeleke University, Dr. Adedeji Adeleke, has donated N1bilion to the Centenary Endowment Fund of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church.
Dr Adedeji Adeleke announced the donation at a thanksgiving service held in honour of his younger brother, Governor Ademola Adeleke, in Lagos.
As reported by Punch Newspapers, the Dr. Adeleke donated the money in honour of his late mother, late Mrs Esther Adeleke.The statement signed by the spokesperson for Osun Governor, Olawale Rasheed, on Sunday partly read, “At a thanksgiving for Governor Ademola Adeleke, Dr Deji Adeleke announced as follows: ‘In honour of our late mother, Senior Mother in Israel, the late Mrs Esther Adeleke, I donate N1bn to the Centenary Endowment Fund of the C&S Church."
