The Students’ Union Government (SUG) of Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology (ADUSTECH), Wudil, has announced the postponement of the 2025/2026 Freshers’ Day, originally scheduled for this academic session.

In a notice released on 10 February 2026, the SUG cited security intelligence and safety considerations as the reason for the postponement, stressing that the well-being of new students and the entire university community is the top priority.

The union apologized for any inconvenience the change may cause and assured students that a new date will be communicated once the situation is deemed safe.
