Aminu Saleh College of Education Declares Work-Free Day for Al-Muharram Celebration

Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare, has declared Monday, July 8, 2024, as a work-free day to commemorate Al-Muharram, the first day of the Islamic calendar. This is in line with the Bauchi State Government's declaration.

According to a circular signed by the Registrar, Suleiman Shehu, the break is to allow staff and students to join in the celebration. However, essential service providers like security guards, borehole operators, gardeners, animal herders, bursary staff, ICT staff, clinic staff, and those involved in ongoing student registration are exempted from the break.
