ASUU ATBU Chapter Announces 2024 Annual Scholarship Scheme

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi Branch, has launched its 2024 Annual Scholarship Scheme. The initiative aims to provide financial support to indigent students of ATBU.

The scholarship program consists of two categories: the ASUU National Awards, which will grant two students N200,000 each, and the ASUU ATBU Bauchi Branch Awards, which will provide substantial amounts to five students.

To be eligible, applicants must be registered students of ATBU Bauchi, have a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 5-point scale, and demonstrate financial need.

The application process involves submitting a two-page application letter, photocopies of relevant documents, and two passport photographs. Applications should be submitted by hand to the ASUU Secretariat, ATBU Yelwa Campus, Bauchi, by January 17, 2025.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview, which will take place on January 21-22, 2025, at the ASUU Secretariat, Yelwa Campus ATBU Bauchi.
