ATBU Student Raises Concern Over Abrupt Library Closure

A student of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) has written to the Student Union Government (SUG) President, highlighting the recurring issue of the university library closing before its scheduled time.

 

Abdullahi Ishiyaku, a 500-level student in the Animal Production Department, expressed frustration over being locked in the library due to its abrupt closure without prior notice. This, he noted, was not an isolated incident, and he had previously raised concerns about the issue.

Ishiyaku urged the SUG President to take immediate action to address the problem, emphasizing the importance of students having access to the library during its advertised hours. He also stressed the need for adequate notice before closing the library early.
