Azman University, Kano Appoints New Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Teaching and Learning

Azman University, Kano has appointed Dr. Fatima Muhammad as the new Dean of Student Affairs and Dr. Alhassan Abubakar Musa as the Director of the newly established Teaching and Learning Enhancement Unit.
Dr. Fatima’s appointment, announced in a letter dated October 25, 2024, follows her distinguished leadership within the Faculty of Computing and Science. Her appointment is for a one-year term, with Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Fatima Batul Mukhtar, congratulating her and urging her to apply her leadership skills to her new role.
In a related development, Dr. Alhassan Abubakar Musa, the former Dean of Student Affairs, has been appointed as the Director of the Teaching and Learning Enhancement Unit. His appointment also takes effect for one year, and it is aimed at advancing the university’s research and staff training initiatives.
Both appointees were congratulated by the Vice-Chancellor, who expressed confidence in their ability to succeed in their new positions.
