Bayero University Kano Announces New Appointments

Bayero University, Kano, has announced the appointment of new heads for two departments, effective immediately. The appointments were approved by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas.

Professor Efunkoya Akinwale Adeyemi Appointed as the Head, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, effective July 28, 2025.

Dr. Murtala Aminu Ibrahim Appointed as the Head, Department of Business Management, effective August 2, 2025.

These appointments demonstrate the university's commitment to strengthening its academic and administrative leadership. The new appointees are expected to contribute to the growth and development of their respective departments.
