Degree Programs

BIT offers a wide array of programs at the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. Popular undergraduate programs include Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants for undergraduate programs must be high school graduates aged 18 to 25 with proficiency in Chinese or English. While TOEFL or IELTS scores are not mandatory for native speakers or graduates of English-taught programs, alternative English proficiency proof may be accepted.

For graduate programs, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (for master's applicants under 35 years) or a master's degree (for PhD applicants under 40 years). Additionally, two recommendation letters from professors are required.

The application deadlines differ depending on the scholarship type:

  • Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC): February 15th, 2025, for Round 1 and April 15th, 2025, for Round 2.
  • Self-funded students: June 15th, 2025.
  • Spring semester applications: December 15th, 2024.
  • Fall semester applications: June 15th, 2025.
