Expressing his sympathy and condolence, the Vice Chancellor of Borno State University, Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe, on behalf of the University's Council, Senate, Staff, Management, and Students, offered his heartfelt condolences to His Excellency the Governor of Borno State, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum mni FNSE, CON, and the people of Borno State.
