Entry Qualifications for Applicants
General and Specific Programme Requirements
- General Entry Requirements:
- NCE with SSCE O’Level credits in three other subjects.
- Two passes at IJMB or GCE A/Level with SSCE/GCE O’Level credits in three other subjects.
- Credit in English is mandatory for all courses.
- Pass in Mathematics is essential for all courses, except where specified otherwise.
- Diploma holders with relevant O’Level subjects are eligible.
- Specific Requirements:
- B.A. (Ed.) English requires at least a pass in Literature.
- Science-based courses need a credit in Mathematics.
- B.Sc. (Ed) Economics and Geography require a credit in Mathematics.
- For B.Sc. (Ed) Technology, Federal Craft Training Certificate or similar qualifications may be considered.

Application Method and Fees
Step-by-Step Guide to Apply
- JAMB Application: Candidates must first visit the JAMB Office to obtain JAMB admission forms for Sandwich programmes.
- Fee Payment and Form Collection:
- Pay a processing fee of N6,500.00 to Zenith Bank, Account Name: BSU Sandwich Account, Account Number: 1010445089.
- Obtain processing forms from the Coordinator’s office, Sandwich Programme at Benue State University, upon presentation of the payment teller.
Submission of Application
- Return completed forms with JAMBregistration numbers and photocopies of certificates to:
