ATBU Matriculation Ceremony 2024 - Welcome Fresh Students

Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) is gearing up for its Matriculation and Orientation Ceremony for the newly admitted students of the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 Academic Sessions. 

Official Schedule for the Ceremony

• Date: The ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, 25th January 2024.
• Time: The event will commence at 10:00 am prompt.
• Venue: It will be held at the 1000 Seat Capacity Lecture Theatre, Yelwa Campus.

Special Arrangements for the Day

• Lecture-Free Day: The Vice-Chancellor has declared 25th January 2024 as a lecture-free day for fresh students, enabling full participation in the Matriculation and Orientation events.

Instructions for Faculties and Senate Members

• Release of Students: Deans of Faculties are requested to ensure that students are released to attend the ceremony promptly.
• Collection of Academic Gowns: Deans and other Senate Members can collect their academic gowns at the Academic Division, Gubi Campus. The collection schedule is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, from 23rd to 25th January 2024.
