BUK Announces Certificate Collection for 2024/2025 Graduates & Dangote Scholarship Committee

Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has officially released a series of important updates for its academic community, including a timeline for certificate collection and the establishment of a strategic committee for the ₦1.5 Billion Aliko Dangote Foundation scholarship.

1. Notice on Certificate Collection (April 2026)

The University has announced that original certificates for graduates of the 2024/2025 Academic Session are now ready for collection. The exercise is scheduled to commence on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. This notice also extends to graduates from previous sessions who applied for corrections or amendments to their certificates.

Requirements for Collection:

Original Statement of Result

University Identity Card

Alumni Registration Identity Card

Evidence of Payment for Certificate

Certificates will only be issued upon proper identification and confirmation of all requisite payments.

2. Implementation of ₦1.5 Billion Dangote Scholarship

Following the recent signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Aliko Dangote Foundation (ADF), BUK has inaugurated an implementation committee to oversee the multi-year funding for Dangote Business School (DBS) students.
