BUK Announces New Appointments

The Vice Chancellor of Bayero University, Kano (BUK), Professor Sagir Adamu Abbas, has approved the appointments of two staff members to key positions.

Effective May 3, 2024, through May 2, 2026, the appointments are as follows:

1. Professor Garba Omar, Department of Soil Science, appointed as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Agriculture.

2. Dr. Maryam Mansur Yola, Department of Nigerian Languages, appointed as Deputy Dean, Student Affairs Division (Old Campus).
