Dominion University Ibadan has announced the commencement of its admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session. Prospective students are encouraged to apply through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Dominion University Ibadan has announced the commencement of its admission process for the 2024/2025 academic session. Prospective students are encouraged to apply through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).To gain admission into the 100 level (UTME), candidates must obtain five (5) credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two (2) sittings. Additionally, they must achieve a satisfactory score in the UTME in relevant subjects.

For direct entry admission into the 200 level, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Obtain five (5) credit passes at SSCE (or its equivalent) in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics, in no more than two (2) sittings.
  • Hold a General Certificate of Education with passes at ‘A’ level in a minimum of two subjects approved by the Senate.
  • Alternatively, have a credit level pass in Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or a Merit pass in National Certificate in Education (NCE) from an approved College or Polytechnic.
  • Hold a first degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from an approved University or Polytechnic.

All candidates will be required to undergo a post-UTME screening and must satisfy the specific requirements of the College/Department to which they are applying. Detailed departmental requirements can be found under the Departmental Requirement Section.

Admission is open to all, regardless of sex, religion, ethnicity, race, or political conviction. However, prospective candidates must be at least 16 years old by October of the admission year.
