Dubem Pharmacy Donates Drugs to AE-FUNAI

The Managing Director, Dubem Pharmacy & Stores Ltd , Mr Igboji Alfred Chidubem, a renowned pharmacist working at the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital (AE-FUTHA), who also runs a pharmacy and supermarket at Ndufu- Echara, one of the host communities of the University has donated some drugs to Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State.

Myschoolnews reports Mr. Alpfred while presenting the drugs to the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Sunday Elom, in company of the immediate past ,Chief Medical Director, AEFUTHA, Dr. Emeka Ogah and the Director, Health Services of the University, Dr. Henry Aloh, Mr. Igboji said he made the donation as part of his contributions to the health benefits and total.wellbeing of students, geared towards the growth and development of the university.

He noted that as an indigene of the University’s host community, he had also opened a pharmacy and supermarket at Ndufu-Echara out of love for his people and students of the University, to enable them to easily access drugs and other necessary goods , adding that he was ready to partner with the University for the good of both staff and students.

The Vice-Chancellor, while receiving the donation, said it was a show of love from the Pharmacist and thanked him for his philanthropic gestures.

Prof. Elom further assured him of his administration’s readiness to partner with him in mutually benefitting areas for the good of the university and his organisation.
