Family Demands Justice for UNIBEN Graduate, Allegedly R^ped to De@th

The family of Idowu Glory, a recent graduate of the University of Benin (UNIBEN), has demanded justice for their daughter who was allegedly raped and beaten to death. According to reports, Idowu Glory’s lifeless body was found near her parent’s house in the Iyowa community area of Benin, the Edo State capital. She had left home that day to attend her clearance at UNIBEN but never returned alive.

The family of Idowu Glory, a recent graduate of the University of Benin (UNIBEN), has demanded justice for their daughter who was allegedly raped and beaten to death. 

Her body was found near her parent's house after she failed to return from a trip for her clearance at the university on June 13, 2024.

According to reports, Idowu Glory’s lifeless body was found near her parent’s house in the Iyowa community area of Benin, the Edo State capital. She had left home that day to attend her clearance at UNIBEN but never returned alive.

A social media user, who identified himself as @softbaba24, took to Twitter to share the devastating news. He revealed that Idowu Glory was his younger sister and had just graduated from UNIBEN in April 2024. She was still in the process of completing her projects and clearance when tragedy struck.

The grieving brother pleaded for justice, stating that his sister had been brutally beaten, raped, and killed. He implored fellow Nigerians, especially the police, to help unravel the mystery surrounding her death.

He wrote;"Justice for my younger sister Adekolure Idowu Glory, who was raped and killed in the Iyowa community, Benin, Edo State, on her way back from school (UNIBEN). She went for her clearance, and her lifeless body was discovered close to our mother’s house."

“Please help us seek justice for my innocent sister, who was only 22 years old. Her body has been deposited at the UBTH mortuary on 15/6/24 with the assistance of the Nigeria Police from Ekiadolor Division. We cannot bear this pain alone; we need everyone’s support.
