Federal College of Education, Zaria to Observe Public Holiday  for Eid Maulud

The Federal Government has announced Monday, September 16, 2024, as a public holiday to commemorate the Maulud of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This declaration, made by the Honorable Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, encourages all Muslims to follow the teachings of Islam in the pursuit of peace and tranquility.

As a result, the Federal College of Education, Zaria, will be closed for official duties and academic activities on this date. Staff members on special assignments are required to report to work. Regular duties will resume on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
