Rector Alhaji Sani Usman disclosed this development during an interview with journalists on the sidelines of the 2025 resource inspection and accreditation exercise conducted by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). This initiative is part of the polytechnic's efforts to embrace technology and enhance its examination processes.
The installation of CCTV cameras is expected to improve security and prevent examination malpractices, aligning with the institution's commitment to maintaining high academic standards. This development comes as part of a broader effort to enhance security measures within the institution.
The Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, is currently undergoing accreditation for its ND/HND programs, with the NBTE urging the institution to address infrastructure and manpower deficits to ensure quality educational delivery.
