The agreement, signed on November 13, 2024, aims to align the polytechnic with global standards by adopting a paperless policy. Under this initiative, all administrative processes—ranging from Rector-to-Registry communication to student records and transcripts—will be fully digital, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
The system is scheduled to go live in December 2024, with full implementation expected by January 2025, marking the end of analog processes at the institution. This development underscores Dr. Okolobah’s commitment to driving progressive transformation through purposeful leadership and innovative policies.
"This initiative represents a significant step toward repositioning FPOG Bonny as a model institution where information and communication are seamlessly enhanced through digital means," the Rector remarked.
