Ga'anda Women Association Pays Courtesy Visit to Modibbo Adama University Vice-Chancellor

The Ga'anda Women Association, Gombi (GWAG), Yola Chapter, paid a courtesy visit to Professor Ibrahim Umar, Vice-Chancellor of Modibbo Adama University, Yola, to express their gratitude for his appointment as the head of the institution.

 

The delegation, led by Hon. Jonas Haruna, commended Professor Umar's leadership and offered prayers for his success. They emphasized their appreciation for having a representative from their community in a prestigious role and pledged their continued support .

Mrs. Rahuta Gayus, leader of the Gaanda Women Association, thanked Professor Umar for granting them an audience despite his busy schedule. She lauded his commitment to elevating the university and expressed heartfelt gratitude for his appointment.

 

Professor Manu Donga, Director of the Academic Publishing Centre (APC), MAU, Yola, also commended Professor Umar's outstanding leadership. He assured the delegation that the university remains open to community engagement and support.
