Federal Polytechnic Oko Rector Flags Off Sports Festival

The Rector of Federal Polytechnic Oko, Dr. Chioma Irene Awuzie, has flagged off the sports festival of the institution's staff sports club, emphasizing the importance of staff health and fitness.

Represented by Deputy Rector Administration, Dr. Kenneth Ezekwe, Dr. Awuzie highlighted the club's establishment aims to promote staff well-being and relaxation. Dr. Ezekwe encouraged staff to register as members to utilize facilities, including a guest house, and contribute to the institution's development.

The event featured various sports activities, including spinning wheel, ludo, chess, and table tennis, with staff participating in fitness exercises.
