In a significant development in the realm of higher education, Mr. Oladejo Azeez, the immediate past Registrar of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has officially joined the ranks of Crescent University in Abeokuta. His tenure commenced on November 1, 2023, marking a new chapter in his distinguished career.
Mr. Azeez, a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of experience in university administration, was warmly received by the Vice Chancellor of Crescent University, Prof. Ibraheem Gbajabiamila. The welcoming committee also included the University's Registrar, Barrister Zakariyya Ajibola.
The appointment of Mr. Azeez was made public through an official circular issued by the University's Registrar. He has been designated as the Director of Special Duties and is set to embark on a one-year sabbatical with Crescent University. His role will be instrumental in contributing his vast knowledge and experience to enhance the academic and moral excellence of the institution.

He holds a Master of Law (LLM) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Lagos, demonstrating his commitment to legal expertise. Furthermore, he is a proud member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and a certified Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management. His educational achievements extend beyond law, with a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mass Communication from the same prestigious university.
