From 319 JAMB Score to UNILAG First Class: The Remarkable Journey of Tunde Mustapha

Tunde Mustapha, a graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has become a viral inspiration following the release of his stellar academic and professional track record. His journey from a high-achieving secondary school student to a chartered accountant before graduation highlights a rare blend of consistency and discipline. 

Mustapha’s academic foundation was set early with five 'A' grades in WAEC and a formidable JAMB score of 319, which paved the way for his admission into the competitive Accounting programme at UNILAG.

He maintained a 5.0 GPA in his first year, setting the tone for his entire degree and he graduated with a First Class degree, finishing with an impressive 4.77 CGPA.

In a feat of professional dedication, Tunde qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) while still an undergraduate.

His brilliance earned him five prestigious scholarships, including double awards from the Federal Scholarship Board (FSB), as well as support from Seplat and the Oyo State Government. 

Beyond the classroom, Tunde bridged the gap between theory and practice through multiple internships at top-tier advisory firms. During these placements, he contributed to high-level financial and business projects, further sharpening his professional expertise.
