FUDMA Faculty of Life Sciences Association Urges Students to be Ambassadors
In a congratulatory message, FALSSA celebrated the achievements of graduating students. "We’re so happy for you! Celebrate your accomplishment and keep on shining! Caps off to you, Graduate! Your graduation is a testament to your hard work and dedication," the message continued, applauding the efforts of all graduates.
The Faculty of Life Sciences Students Association (FALSSA) at the Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), Katsina State, has called on students, particularly outgoing students, to be good ambassadors of the institution. This appeal was made by the association's executive president, Comrade Abubakar Saminu Salisu (Sadig), during a press conference on Friday.
"University is not only meant for academic activities; it is a world of its own where you learn skills, attitudes, and academics as primary aims. We believe that every student who graduates from this noble and wonderful school (FUDMA) will not regret it because FUDMA gives you the best ability to be yourself," Salisu said. He also urged students to remain vigilant and take care of themselves at all times.
As the examination period concludes, FALSSA wishes all students a safe journey back to their hometowns. "Lord, we ask that You bless their travels with joy and meaningful experiences. May they create lasting memories and return safely to us with hearts full of gratitude," read a message from the association.

Additionally, FALSSA shared health tips for staying active on campus, highlighting the benefits of participating in sports. "Playing sports helps you stay in shape, teaches you how to organize your time, boosts friendships, and builds relationships with your peers and adults. Through athletics, you gain skills that can best be acquired on a court, track, or field," the association noted.
