FULafia Vice-Chancellor appoints dean, deputy and director
The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Prof. Shehu Abdul Rahman, has approved the appointment of a new dean of the Students Affairs Division, deputy dean and director of the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development.

A statement issued by the Registrar of FULafia, Malam Nuradeen Abdu, said that Prof. Sambo Mohammed Hudu is now the Dean of the Students Affairs Division.
Until his appointment, Prof. Hudu was the director of the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development.
Associate Professor Abdulrazak Abdulraman Baba of the Department of Library and Information Science would serve as the Deputy Dean of the Students Affairs Division.
According to the statement, Prof. Hassan Isiaka Imam, who until this appointment was the dean of Students Affairs Division is now the Ag. Director, Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development.
The statement said that the appointment of Hudu is to last for two years while both Baba and Imam would serve for a year each, adding all the appointments would take effect from September 1, 2023.
