In a bid to strengthen cultural ties and explore collaborative opportunities, Prof. Zara Emmanuel Kwahe, the Director of the Centre for Cultural Studies at Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), paid a visit to Dr. Olagunju Idowu, the Secretary-General of the National Commission for the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (NATCOM-UNESCO) in Abuja.
