FULOKOJA Promotes Six to Rank of Professor, Charges Them to Keep Publishing, Mentoring
The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has promoted six scholars to the esteemed rank of Professor, recognizing their outstanding contributions to academia.
The promotions were ratified by the University Governing Council, reflecting FUL's commitment to rewarding merit and academic productivity.
The six newly promoted professors are:
1. Prof. Abraham Musa Peter
2. Prof. Alhassan Abdullahi Abdulrahman
3. Prof. Adelamwa Esther Bosede
4. Prof. Zubairu Sikiratu Uhuotu
5. Prof. Kehinde Rotimi
6. Prof. Ifeyinwa Okolo
The university also posthumously honored Dr. Olanode Timothy Oshadare for his valuable scholarly contributions.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Olayemi Akinwumi, congratulated the new professors and encouraged them to continue publishing and mentoring younger colleagues. He emphasized the importance of sharing knowledge and experience to promote academic growth and development.
