FULOKOJA SUG notice on new transport fare within the campus
Sequel to the recent hike in fuel price due to the removal of fuel subsidy by the current administration of the country, the Students Union Government on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 had a meeting with Shuttle Bus drivers and also Tricycle (Keke) riders to look into the transport fare for conveying students to and fro the Adankolo and Felele campuses In view of the aforementioned, the following are the resolutions reached at the meeting:
Sequel to the recent hike in fuel price due to the removal of fuel subsidy by the current administration of the country, the Students Union Government on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 had a meeting with Shuttle Bus drivers and also Tricycle (Keke) riders to look into the transport fare for conveying students to and fro the Adankolo and Felele campuses In view of the aforementioned, the following are the resolutions reached at the meeting:
From Felele Campus to Adankolo Campus: From the #500 proposed by the Shuttle riders It was reviewed to #300 after hours of deliberation.
Felele Campus gate to Felele area: From #200 proposed by the riders It was reviewed to #150.
2. Keke:
From the Felele Campus gate to Felele area: From #200 proposed by the riders it was reviewed to #150.
From the Felele Campus gate to Adankolo Campus: From the #500 proposed by the Keke riders it was also reviewed to #350 after hours of deliberation.
NB: The above transport fare is tentative, hence it is subject to review according to the economic reality at any point in time.
