FUNAAB to Host Fresh Tomato Sales on September 5th

The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) is set to host another round of fresh tomato sales tomorrow, Thursday, September 5, 2024. The event will take place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at the 2-hectare tomato farm cultivated by the Final Year Project (FPY) students of the College of Business and Financial Studies (COBFAS), located behind the FUNAAB Staff School.

This initiative offers the community an opportunity to purchase fresh tomatoes directly from the source at an affordable price of N750 per kilogram. The farm, managed by dedicated FPY students, ensures that the produce is of the highest quality, freshly harvested, and ready for consumption.
