FUTA Class of '93 Alumni Donates 10KVA Solar Power System to University Health Center

In a philanthropic gesture, the Alumni Association of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), specifically the class of '93, has generously donated a 10KVA solar power system to the University Health Center. Engr Adeyemi Bello, FUTA Alumni President worldwide, presented the solar power system on behalf of the class of '93, expressing the association's commitment to giving back to the institution that provided them with a solid education.

Bello highlighted that the idea for the donation emerged from the remarkable dedication of Vice-Chancellor Professor Adenike Oladiji to humanitarian causes and the pursuit of excellent infrastructural development within FUTA. He emphasized that this contribution was part of the Alumni Association's ongoing efforts and was also aligned with the scheduled activities for the 2023 convocation.
