Hon. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi Launches 4th Edition of Scholarship Program

Hon. Sadiq Ango Abdullahi, Member representing Sabon Gari Federal Constituency, has launched the 4th Edition of his Scholarship Program at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria.

The program aims to support over 1,000 students, a significant increase from previous editions.

Hon. Abdullahi assured applicants that the screening process will be transparent and free from bias, emphasizing the importance of fairness in the selection process.

The screening exercise is being conducted in phases, with students from different wards participating on different days. The schedule includes:

- Basawa and Bomo wards on the first day

- Chikaji, Dogarawa, Hanwa, and Jushi wards on the second day

- Jama’a, Muchia, Samaru, Unguwan Gabas, and Zabi wards on the third day

Hon. Abdullahi expressed his commitment to continuing the scholarship program annually, with the goal of increasing both the number of beneficiaries and the amount of the scholarship. He commended the education committee and screening team for their dedication and thanked stakeholders for their support.
