Honourable Minister of State, FCT, Donates ₦2 Million to Tahfeez College of Health Sciences and Technology, Kibiya

 In a significant gesture of support for educational development, Dr. Mariya Mahmoud, the Honourable Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has donated ₦2 million to Tahfeez College of Health Sciences and Technology in Kibiya, Kano State.

The donation was presented by Dr. Abdullahi Kauran Mata, the Minister’s Chief of Staff, during an official ceremony held at the college. Dr. Kauran Mata highlighted Dr. Mahmoud’s dedication to advancing community and educational development, emphasizing that education remains a cornerstone of her strategy for fostering sustainable growth.

Deputy Board Director Hon. Maifada Bello Kibiya expressed heartfelt gratitude upon receiving the donation. He confirmed that the funds would be instrumental in the timely completion of the college’s hostel, which will significantly improve the learning environment for female students.

The ceremony was graced by several notable dignitaries, including Prof. Yahaya Isa Bunkure, Vice Chancellor of Sa’adatu Rimi University of Education; former Deputy Speaker Hon. Danmaraya; and representatives from the Rano, Bunkure, and Kibiya local governments.
