Federal University of Transportation Daura Announces Two-Week Break for Christmas and New Year Celebrations

The Management of the Federal University of Transportation Daura (FUTD) has announced the Christmas and New Year break for staff and students. The break will commence on Monday, December 23, 2024, and end on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

 

In line with the federal government's declaration of public holidays, the university will observe the break to allow staff and students to celebrate the festive season.

However, staff on essential services are exempted from the break and are expected to report to work as usual. Normal work activities will resume on Monday, January 6, 2025.

The university management has also reminded staff and students to switch off all electrical appliances before the commencement of the break.
