His mother, Barrister Mrs. Nkechi Uduma, attributes his success to his hard work and dedication, highlighting his perseverance despite challenges like fluctuating exchange rates. His innovative final project earned acclaim, and his achievement has brought immense pride to his family, earning his mother the affectionate title "Mama Engineer."

Emmanuel Okala Uduma, hailing from Ebem Ohafia in Abia State, has achieved First Class Honors in Software Engineering from the University of Salford, Manchester, United Kingdom, bringing immense pride to his family and community.

In an interview with ABN TV, Barrister Mrs. Nkechi Uduma shared the inspiring journey of her son's remarkable academic success. Emmanuel's educational path began at Mobil Pegasus School in Eket, Akwa Ibom, and continued at Brookstone Secondary School in Port Harcourt from 2012 to 2018. Following this, he completed a one-year NCUK IFY program at Brookstone before receiving multiple admission offers from universities in the UK. Opting for the University of Salford, he commenced his studies in Software Engineering in 2020 and graduated in 2024.

Nkechi Uduma attributes her son's achievements to his unwavering dedication and hard work. She fondly reminisced about Emmanuel's late-night visits to the library, sometimes sleeping there for days to meet project deadlines. His final project, an innovative app resembling YouTube with added calling features, garnered high praise from his mentors.

Emmanuel's success, achieved amidst challenges such as fluctuating exchange rates that forced many Nigerian students to return home prematurely, underscores his resilience and determination. Barrister Nkechi expressed profound gratitude to God and acknowledged the unwavering support of her husband, Engr. Okala Uduma, in their son's educational journey.
