Professor Godfrey Kalio has emerged as the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education.

He secured the Deanship of the new Faculty on Monday, August 5th, 2024, after beating the incumbent and first Dean of the Faculty, Professor Sixtus Anyanwu during the election which held at Ndele Campus.
Out of the thirteen (13) accredited voters, five (5) staff voted for Professor Anyanwu, while the remaining eight (8) staff sealed the victory for Professor Kalio, securing the exalted position.

The Faculty of Agriculture comprises three Departments: Agriculture Economics and Extension, Crop and Soil Science, and Animal Science and Fisheries.
In a related development, Professor Isaac Ogundu has been re-elected as the Dean of the Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education. He retained the Deanship position after obtaining the votes of all eighteen (18) accredited voters.

The Faculty of Vocational and Technical Education comprises three Departments: Agricultural Science Education, Industrial Technical Education, and Home Economics, Hospitality, and Tourism Management.
