ICPC Witness Reveals Inappropriate Relationship Between UNICAL Dean and Student

An investigator from the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), Lucy Ogechi, disclosed on Thursday during a court session that a diploma student, whose identity was withheld, was involved in an inappropriate relationship with the suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Calabar, Cyril Ndifon.

Ogechi's revelation came after the defense counsel, Joe Agi (SAN), suggested the existence of a romantic affair between the student and Ndifon. Ogechi clarified that the student's expression of love for Ndifon was a tactic to secure admission into the university.
