IMAP Acting Rector, Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata, unveiled the renovated Badminton Court, urging the Polytechnic community to embrace sports for mental and physical well-being.

The Badminton Court of Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic, Lafia (IMAP), came alive yesterday as the Acting Rector, Dr. Nurudeen Mu'azu Maifata, CLN, MNLA, led a lively session of badminton, marking the revival of the newly renovated court.
During the unveiling ceremony, Dr. Maifata, an avid sportsman, encouraged members of the Polytechnic community to embrace sports as a means of boosting mental and physical well-being. “Sports enhance mental liveliness and overall ability,” he noted, emphasizing its importance in maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
Accompanied by the Polytechnic's Director of Information, Public Relations, and Protocol, Mukhtar Wakeel, Dr. Maifata reaffirmed his commitment to the welfare of staff and students. He stressed that fostering a vibrant and supportive environment remains central to his leadership objectives.
The renovated Badminton Court is expected to serve as a hub for recreational activities, promoting unity and fitness among the Polytechnic's community.
