JAMB Warns Against Unrecognized Daily Part Time Programs

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has issued a stern warning to universities advertising Daily Part Time (DPT) programs that are not recognized by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and the National Universities Commission (NUC). JAMB described these programs as fraudulent efforts to bypass quality controls and the approved quota for full-time admissions.

JAMB urged prospective candidates to steer clear of such programs, emphasizing that they are not recognized and will not be condoned under any regularization or official acceptance. Institutions have been directed to retract misleading advertisements immediately. Non-compliance will result in severe sanctions.
