Kaduna Commissioner of Internal Security Receives Greenfield University Pro-Chancellor
Chief Simon Nwakocha, Pro-Chancellor of Greenfield University, paid a courtesy visit to Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security, Sir James Atung Kanyip, to appreciate the government's security support.

Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Sir James Atung Kanyip, PhD, on Monday welcomed Chief Simon Nwakocha, the Founder and Pro-Chancellor of Greenfield University, on a courtesy visit at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House in Kaduna.
During the visit, Chief Nwakocha expressed appreciation to the Kaduna State Government for deploying personnel from the Kaduna State Vigilance Service (KADVS) to strengthen security at the university. He emphasized the institution’s commitment to addressing regional security concerns through academia, citing the introduction of Criminology and Security Studies programs, with plans to launch Forensic Science courses in the near future.
Commissioner Kanyip acknowledged past security challenges affecting the university and reaffirmed Governor Uba Sani’s administration’s dedication to enhancing security across the state. He assured the delegation that the government remains committed to working closely with federal security agencies to ensure a safer environment for educational institutions and the general public.
