Kano Emirate Council Denies Reports of Emir Sanusi Receiving Carry-Over in Law Course

The Kano Emirate Council has denied claims circulating on social media that the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, received a carry-over in one of his law courses at Northwest University, Kano.

The Emir is currently a 200-level student of LL.B Common Law and Sharia and is reportedly on track for First Class honours.

According to his Chief of Staff, Muhammad Ado, reports that the Emir failed any course are baseless. He described the claim that the Emir received a carry-over as false.

The Chief of Staff said the Emir continues his academic journey and remains committed to his studies.
