KASU Announces Successful Conclusion of 2024 Provost's Cup

The Provost of the College of Communication, Social Management Sciences, Prof. Gimba Victor Kyari, spearheaded a vibrant tournament spanning from Monday, 19th to Thursday, 22nd February 2024.

This engaging event showcased a variety of sports, including Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Draft, Scrabble, and Ludo.

Expressing the motivation behind the initiative, Prof. Kyari emphasised its role in fostering unity and enhancing the physical and mental well-being of university staff. The tournament received accolades during the award presentation and closing ceremony from Prof. Muhammad Bashir Ali, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Administration, who praised the initiative and urged others to follow suit.

Prof. Helen Afang Andow, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Strategy, Innovation, and Service Delivery, affirmed Management's commitment to supporting sporting activities within the university.
