KASU Selected As Host For The Upcoming MLA-NG Conference

A delegation from the Medical Library Association of Nigeria (MLA-NG), led by Mal. Abubakar Abdulkareem, a Medical Librarian at KASU, visited the Vice-Chancellor's Office at Kaduna State University on Thursday, 4th April 2024.

Mal. Abdulkareem conveyed the purpose of their visit, which was to formally announce that the university had been chosen to host the association's upcoming conference scheduled for this year. Along with this announcement, the association presented specific requests to ensure the success of the event.

In response, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Administration, Prof. Muhammad Bashir Ali, who represented the Vice-Chancellor, expressed pride in KASU's selection as the host for this significant event, especially as it marks the first of its kind in the northern region of the country. He assured the association of the Management's full support as preparations are made for the eagerly anticipated event.
