The Office of the Public Relations Officer of the Students' Union Government at Kebbi State University of Science and Technology Aliero (KSUSTA) has addressed recent rumors regarding a proposed name change to Abdullahi Fodio University of Science and Technology Aliero (AFUSTA).
In an official announcement, the union clarified that the alleged name change is merely a proposal from the administration and has neither been finalized nor approved. The university continues to operate under its official name, KSUSTA, until any formal announcement is made by the relevant authorities.
Students are urged to refrain from spreading misinformation and to verify any information before sharing it. The union emphasizes the importance of responsible communication within the student body to prevent the escalation of rumors.
