He further highlighted the federal government's substantial investment in preparing the Corps members for their national service and encouraged them to take the orientation seriously. He stressed that the experience would equip them with the knowledge and understanding needed to contribute effectively to the development of Kwara State and the country as a whole.

In his address, the NYSC State Coordinator, Mr. Onifade Olaoluwa Joshua, urged the Corps members to maintain discipline and orderly behavior throughout the orientation exercise. He emphasized that any form of unruly behavior would not be tolerated.

Mr. Onifade also expressed appreciation to the state government for the ongoing renovation of hostels and sewage facilities at the camp, acknowledging that these improvements reflect the government's commitment to the Corps members' welfare. However, he raised concerns about the condition of the scheme's ambulance, noting that it has been struggling with unexpected emergencies. He appealed for a new ambulance equipped with life-saving apparatus to better support the Corps members during their orientation.

The event concluded with a sense of optimism, as both the state government and NYSC officials reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring a successful and secure orientation period for the Corps members.
