KWASU VC Prof Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh and DVC Prof Mahmud Jimba Officially Inducted into CILGPAN
Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh, Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University, and Professor Moshood Mahmud Jimba, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, were inducted into the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (CILGPAN) on September 4, 2024.

Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh, Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University (KWASU), was inducted into the College of Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (CILGPAN) today. The ceremony, held on Wednesday, was a notable event in the academic and professional community.
Dr. Uche Okereke FCPA, Registrar of CILGPAN, officiated the induction on behalf of the Institute’s President, Prof. A.M. Awotokun FCPA. The event also recognized Professor Moshood Mahmud Jimba, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Administration at KWASU, who was inducted alongside Professor Jimoh.
The induction into CILGPAN is a mark of distinguished achievement in the field of local government and public administration, highlighting both professors’ contributions to the advancement of these areas in Nigeria.
