Professor Raheem Akewushola, Provost of Lagos State College of Health Technology (LASCOHET), has denounced a case of alleged admission fraud involving a cybercafé operator who defrauded a woman of ₦1,500,000 with promises of securing admission into the college.

The cybercafé operator allegedly promised the woman admission into LASCOHET, convincing her to pay ₦1,500,000. However, the operator failed to deliver on the promise, leaving the woman defrauded.

Professor Akewushola assured prospective students that LASCOHET would not tolerate such fraudulent activities and urged them to be cautious. He emphasized that the college has a transparent admission process and that all applications are handled through the official portal.
