Lagos State College of Health Technology Provost Condemns Admission Fraud
Professor Raheem Akewushola, Provost of Lagos State College of Health Technology (LASCOHET), has denounced a case of alleged admission fraud involving a cybercafé operator who defrauded a woman of ₦1,500,000 with promises of securing admission into the college.
The cybercafé operator allegedly promised the woman admission into LASCOHET, convincing her to pay ₦1,500,000. However, the operator failed to deliver on the promise, leaving the woman defrauded.
Professor Akewushola assured prospective students that LASCOHET would not tolerate such fraudulent activities and urged them to be cautious. He emphasized that the college has a transparent admission process and that all applications are handled through the official portal.
To apply for admission into LASCOHET, prospective students should visit the college's official website and follow the application guidelines.
Prospective students are advised to be wary of individuals or operators promising admission in exchange for money. LASCOHET does not condone such practices, and applicants should report any suspicious activities to the college authorities.
