The Directorate of Sandwich Degree Programme at Lagos State University (LASU) has announced plans to hold its Orientation and Matriculation Ceremonies for newly admitted students of the 2025 Modular Year.
According to the schedule released by the Directorate, both events will take place on Friday, April 10, 2026, at the Buba Marwa Auditorium, LASU Main Campus, Ojo.
The Orientation Ceremony is billed to hold from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while the Matriculation Ceremony will follow later in the day at 2:30 p.m., at the same venue.
The Directorate stated that the programme is designed to formally induct new students into the Sandwich Degree Programme and provide them with a clear understanding of the university’s academic structure, regulations, and expectations for the modular academic system.
Newly admitted students have been directed to attend both sessions as they are considered essential for proper integration into the university’s academic environment.
