A 200-level student from the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at Lagos State University (LASU), Okpala Chinaza Goodness, has emerged as one of the top three outstanding female engineering students in the Momas Innovators Award Competition. Organized by the Association of Professional Women Engineers of Nigeria (APWEN), Lagos Chapter, the competition recognized Okpala's exceptional talent and innovation.

Miss Okpala's achievements were rewarded with an annual scholarship of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000) until she graduates. Additionally, she received an internship placement opportunity at Momas Electricity Meters Manufacturing Company Limited, a job placement upon her graduation, and support for her engineering projects. These prizes were generously offered by Engr Kola Balogun, Chairman of Momas Group, as part of his commitment to fostering innovation and supporting the educational and professional growth of talented female engineers like Okpala.
