Lagos State University (LASU) students, Ajeniya Abdulquadri and Oladipupo Ramadan, have emerged as winners of the Hon. Justice Umuezulike Foundation National Debate Competition. The competition, which was held virtually, saw participants from various universities submit recorded videos for different rounds.

Despite the challenges posed by the virtual format, Abdulquadri and Ramadan found the experience thrilling and unique, as it was their first time competing in such a manner. The duo successfully advanced from the initial stage to the semi-finals, ultimately securing victory in the finals.
