LAUTECH Approves Isese Holiday For Staff And Workers

Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Management approves Isese holiday for staff and workers.

Management of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has directed it's workers and students to comply with the directive of Oyo State government to the effect that Monday 21, 2023, be observed as public holiday in honor of traditional religion worshippers in the State.

Government's declaration of the holiday was conveyed through a letter signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Professor Olanike Adeyemo, dated August 18, 2023.

In line with that directive, LAUTECH Management, through a letter signed by Registrar and Secretary to Senate and Governing Council of the Institution said the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Razaq Olatunde Rom Kalilu has approved that workers and students should observe the holiday but must report back to work and studies on Tuesday August 22, 2023.
